Mindfulness for General Wellbeing

In a world that often moves too fast, one of the most transformative actions we can take is to pause, breathe, and be present in the moment. When we practice mindfulness, we become more aware of our habits of mind. Through regular practice, we start to notice how frequently we react rather than respond. We also become more attuned to the connection between our bodies and minds, allowing us to cultivate a kinder and more compassionate response to our experiences.

The MBLC course is an 8-week course and consists of

  • Weekly sessions including guided meditations practice, and group sharing with other participants

  • Guided home practices to do on your own at home with daily meditations of 30 - 40 mins and ’mindfulness in daily life’ exercises

  • Short learning materials to read in your own time each week

Introductory courses are 4 or 6 weeks long. Participants learn mindfulness skills through short guided practices and leave with a good understanding and a felt sense of what mindfulness is.

Workshops and taster sessions are also available
